This 1.5 km long beach is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful along the entire French Atlantic coast. There’s the beach that faces the Atlantic ocean but also the sand dune spit that juts out into the estuary.
The combination of sand, views that encompass the sea, rocky coastline, rugged cliffs and pine forest, plus a feeling of escape all come together to create an absolutely lovely beach.
There are lifeguards throughout the summer months and places to eat. There is a car park but it gets busy.
